OIP (Oil Impregnated Paper) Condenser Transformer Bushings are designed in accordance with IEC 60137 & ANSI standard or other international standard; Our OIP Transformer Bushing voltage range is from 12kV to 1100 kV, and all voltage range transformer bushing have passed the type test (e.g. CEPRI,CNAS, KEMA etc.) and the Seismic Type Test( 1100 kV).
The capacitor core of OIP Capacitor Bushing is made of insulated paper and aluminum foil that are alternately intertwined on the conducting pipe (rob), then put capacitor core into the porcelain sleeve or composite hollow insulator that connecting flange, then reach to insulation of OIP capacitor bushing by injecting the transformer oil under vacuum.
Since we has produced the first OIP capacitor bushing in 1958, our company focus on importing technology, knowing and mastering the manufacturing technology of overseas relative OIP insulated products, then develop our special manufacturing technology. Our OIP Condenser Transformer Bushing includes Porcelain (Ceramic) sleeve OIP condenser transformer bushing and Composite (Silicone Rubber) sleeve OIP condenser transformer bushing. And also have OIP Utra High voltage (UHV or HV) Condenser Transformer Bushing and OIP Low voltage (LV) Transformer Bushing
OIP Bushing Characteristics:
1.Installed angle up to 30° from vertical, 9 leve anti-Sesimic
2.Draw-lead type or Current-carrying type bushing for customer choose
3.Bushing Sleeve : Porcelain or Silicone Rubber material
4.Oil level indicators and Expansion tank are provided on all bushings with magnetic indicators on bushings above 220kV.
5.Fixing flanges incorporate a test tapping for capacitance and tangent delta measurement
6.Low partial discharge levels during transformer tests and partial discharge-free operation in service
7.Corona shield is provided with above 72.5 kV bushing
